ToP Network members are spread across the nation and around the globe.  We are facilitators and trainers.  We work in all types of settings on every type of issue.

MToP (Mastering the Technology of Participation) is annual 12 day training program in facilitative leadership and facilitating participation.  

MToP  provides a theoretical foundation for the ToP methods and opportunities for practice, coaching, and inquiry. 

The sessions enable participants to create a learning community through which they deepen their understanding and mastery of ToP methods. Mentoring is a large part of MToP, providing for opportunities to give and receive feedback for their own practice and among each other.
