Join us in a one-day learning adventure in expanding awareness and discerning adaptive actions in an advanced course on using the Focused Conversation Method (ORID)

What you will learn

  • Ways to activate our senses
  • Paying attention to the relational aim as well as the rational and experiential aims
  • Probing with techniques of inquiry & listening
  • Recognizing emerging insights & creating a new synthesis

Resulting in

  • Increased flexibility in the use of ORID for conversations and other facilitation designs
  • Strengthened adaptive skills in ways that can revolutionize your facilitation practice

We will use out time working with peers to

  • Explore recent creative uses of this foundational ToP method
  • Discover new ways to apply the ORID framework
  • Design and practice various forms of group interactions

This particular offering of the ToP Focused conversation method is a new synthesis of years of experience in facilitation and training in the ToP methods hundreds of times in many countries.  It was offered for the first time at IAF in Asia last year in Singapore to both ToP practitioners and non-practitioners alike with rave reviews.  You will receive a 40 page color workbook outlining these pieces.
