We are holding our next Black, Brown, Indigenous and People of Color Community of Practice (BBIPOC CoP) on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The event will run 12:30-2:30 pm PT/ 3:30-5:30 pm ET, with the last 30 mins being used as water cooler/peer coaching time.  As a reminder, this event is for ToP practitioners, facilitators and trainers that identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous and People of Color (BBIPOC). Therefore, this session is closed to non-BBIPOC individuals.

 Description: Inspired by our CoP’s previous meet-up, the topic of reframing failure and failing forward emerged and resonated well with the group. We will spend time exploring what failure has meant, felt like, and how it presents itself. As always your knowledge and experience is truly valuable to us, so please come ready to share from your journey of facilitation and how failure has played a part.
