MANUALS AND TRAINING MATERIALS Copyright is held by ICA

TRAINER QUALIFICATIONS Training requires license agreement between trainer and ICA in active status plus additional preparation established for advanced courses.
Trainer credentials are identified as apprentice, qualified and mentor level. 
In order to move beyond apprentice status, one must become a Certified ToP Facilitator

FEE STRUCTURE Courses adhere to the standard fee structure as identified and determined by national policy:
  • One Day Course: $345
  • Two day course: $645 (TFM $655)
  • Three day course: $845 (TFM-L $855)
  • Twelve day course: $4000
  • Payment is per individual
  • Early bird discount allowed

For in house offerings – trainers are free to negotiate rates.
