GET INSIDE ToP STRATEGIC PLANNING

This walk-through of the ToP Strategic Planning Course is designed especially for ToP trainers who desire to teach this course.  Participants will learn how to prepare, set space and lead the training sections outlined in the ToP Strategic Planning Trainers’ Guide.  Participants will get inside the basics of this training design in this Training of Trainers which will provide a foundation to co-lead the course in the future.

This Course is for:

Attendees represent a special subset of experience.  This course is for those who:

  • Have TAKEN the ToP Strategic Planning course, and
  • Have FACILITATED a Strategic Planning event - alone or with a team and
  • Are practiced ToP FACILITATION METHODS course trainers who are interested in offering the ToP Strategic Planning Course.

Not quite there and still want to take this course?  Exceptions to the above will be considered on a case by case basis.  This could be a good experience for you if you if:

    • You are a Qualified ToP Trainer, or
    • An Apprentice ToP trainer with SOME experience co-training the TFM course, or
    • You have already attained CTF or are on the Certified ToP Facilitator journey and have the intention of becoming a ToP trainer.

This Course is NOT for:  

    • Anyone who who is neither a current ToP trainer or on a path with intention to become one..
    • ToP trainers experienced in teaching TSP - this is not a course for "old hands" desiring to dive into the many ways to teach this course - there is insufficient time for that.  This is one TSP sharing model - current and time tested.

NOTE:  Participants will be asked to read, comment and print off the TSP trainers' guide before coming to the session.  You will need to bring your TSP participant workbook with you to the session.
