ToP Network Practitioners and Trainers- WE ARE CALLING ALL DOERS!!

Please save the date and plan to attend the final session of the 2025 ToP Network Strategic Planning. To register, please click here. There is no registration fee for this event and you do not need to have attended the previous workshops. However we do request that you register by April 16, 2025. 

On April 25, 2025 we will complete our strategic plan with the final workshop, Focused Implementation.  If you are ready and willing to play an active role in bringing this plan to life, we invite you to join us as we outline and assign actions for the first year of implementation - you can register HERE (you do not need to have attended the prior planning sessions).  Be sure to sign up soon, as registration for Focused Implementation will close on Wednesday, April 16th.

Context: During this year’s Annual Gathering in February the ToP Network Board enlisted our Erness Wright Irvin Fellows (EWI) - Ronda Alexander and Librada Estrada - to guide us through a network-wide strategic plan.  

We sought to answer the question - “How might we grow and build an inclusive, relevant network of ToP facilitation practitioners and trainers over the next three to five years?” and we have co-created the following Strategic Directions:
Over the next 3-5 years, we will grow and build and inclusive, relevant network of ToP facilitation practitioners and trainers by…
  • Addressing and Initiating Structural and Relational Transformation
  • Intentionally Nurturing Member Experience and Continuous Growth
  • Confidently Communicating Our Value and Cultivating Partnerships

More than 60 members of the network joined us to explore this question and develop a Practical Vision, explore our blocks and barriers through a Force Field Analysis, and begin to outline Strategic Directions to guide the next three to five years of our work together. We were quite ambitious given the time, and therefore did not complete Strategic Directions during the gathering; however, members of the board met earlier this month to finalize and name these directions.

Existing Action Teams: Action teams are the crucial teams that keep our network moving forward and we recognize and expect that there will be overlap with the great work already being done, to ensure we calibrate and integrate the work any action teams are already doing into the implementation plan- please consider how the work of your action team fits into our new strategic directions. We encourage you to have enough action team members attend the workshop to provide coverage of the relevant strategic directions. 

 

We look forward to completing our plan and bringing it to fruition together as a network.  Let’s honor the wisdom and experience of those who have been with the network for many years, while also welcoming new practitioners as we embark on the next leg of our journey.  We can’t wait to see you on April 25, 2025!
