The Social Process TrianglesDecember 2, 2015, Oakland CA The Social Process triangles provide a well-tested approach to analyzing the current reality for organizations and communities. For those working in local communities, businesses, government, issue campaigns, social networks, faith-based groups - both volunteers and public servants alike, the triangles can provide a simple and transparent tool for assessing and working with the dynamics of the situation. Learn how to use social process triangles to help a group discover dynamics at work in their organization and the relationships between those dynamics. Help them identify imbalances that affect the performance and discover strategies to support the changes desired.
This day long session includes a summary book covering the model in detail. The Social Process Triangles, by Jon and Maureen Jenkins Maureen Jenkins is both presenter of the course and co-author of the book. She was member of a research team who spearheaded a major social research project out of which the triangles were created. Maureen has extensive experience as an international trainer and facilitator.
