Employing ToP methods doesn't happen in a vacuum, but within the context of the life cycles of organizations and teams. Let's position ToP facilitative work within the values and premises of dialogic OD, and then explore a couple of commonly used OD frameworks or theories around topics such as team building, conflict management, transitions, leadership development, etc. and share how you might integrate these with your clients and ToP facilitation work.
