Description: Step into the Facilitator’s Escape Room, a high-stakes, high-humor virtual challenge where the "locks" are real-world facilitation disasters and the "keys" are whatever is sitting on your desk! You’ll join forces with fellow facilitators to MacGyver your way out of "The Post-it Note Apocalypse" and other real-time nightmares. Using rapid-fire collaborative thinking and a dash of silliness, you’ll transform everyday objects—like coffee mugs and charging cables—into powerful tools for group alignment. This is your chance to play, get a little rowdy, and celebrate our collective genius by proving that a great facilitator can lead a room through anything, even when the Wi-Fi drops and the sticky notes fly!
